Is there any such mod?
 
Is there any such mod or changes by which we could check the private messages sent by the users and received by the users?(without changing their password)

yes, there is a mod that allows the admin to read PM's
or you can look at them in the database

explain how to do what?
search for the mod?
see the search box up there >^
put in "read private messages" search for the title only

select your version of vbulletin ;)

The other solution is to just read the database, no mods required.
