On my forum I have the Avatar size set at 200 x 200 for each user group. But some members are getting messages that the file is to big. They give it to me to test and it works fine by me (the owner of the forum). Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas what could be wrong?

chk the upload size limit of avatars in acp>settings>options

Thank you but I can not find this through the acp.

I have checked acp>settings>options>User picture option

I have checked acp>settings>options>Image settings

I have checked acp>settings>options>User Profile Options

None of these have the actual size.

I have changed the sizes in the user groups section of the acp and still members are getting a error message saying that the avatar is to big where it isn't.

This is becoming more of a problem now as more members change their avatars.

"Remote File is to Big."
