Potential Bandwidth Issue
 

here is a screenshot of Webalizer Stats. Does it look like the misc.php file is eating up bandwidth or am I reading it wrong? Its just yahoo smiles.

Misc.php can serve more than just smilies, though that'd be the most bandwidth intensive part. Looking at the hits versus KB, the amount of KB used for the number of hits served seems reasonable to me.

Also, a number of modifications can add plugins to misc_start to provide extra possible directives to it (my board has about 5 that use that hook). So without knowing what you've got, it's hard to say exactly why the hit count for misc.php is so large.
