How to remove exisiting members from usergroup?

Hi all -

I am updating a promotion requirement for a usergroup on my forum...

My question is, how do I remove people from that usergroup that no longer should be in it?

Do I have to do some command line sql here? Or can I do this in the 'maintenance' section of admincp?

I am making a usergroup require 90 days since join date and 50 posts.

I am using 3.8.5. Thanks in advance!
