CMS Top Story/Featured Stories Script
 
I am trying to get this to Top Story/Feature Stories script to run on the index page of the vb4 CMS:

So far, I created a new HTML widget and put the HTML in the corresponding template I created. I then set the widget to the CMS index page in the Layout section. I then put the calls to the js files into the headinclude template and finally I put the css in the "additional.css" template.

When I load the page, it appears the js is not firing. Can anyone tell me what I may be doing wrong?
