Can this be fixed?

I am trying to edit the blue in the reply box, and change it to the skull gif you see at the top of the box. I went to my all colors options in the admin panel, but cannot find a way to change this. I did manage to get the gif halfway over the reply box a long time ago when I first downloaded the vb software. But I cannot find where to go to edit the rest of the portion that's been left at it's default blue color.

Never mind. Found the problemo. I had Repeat-X for the image. Nixed the X, it's all good now.
