Your config.php file is not filled out correctly.

yeah im having troubles figuring it out :( thought I did it right but i figured it was that. I just dont know where Im doing it wrong.

now i get this?

That's the same error. You haven't changed anything in the config.php file. You should not be using a username "root" to connect to your database.
