vb.org Archive - Some Buttons Not Showing In Forum

I have a Pixel Premium style on a vBulletin 4.0.8 PL2 and everything is running smoothly except I just noticed that a few of my buttons are not showing...the "profile customization" button shows the little bucket icon but no text, the "save" buttons also show no actual button...just an outline of the button that should be there.
I'm thinking I need to edit the image paths to the full url instead of just "images/button.jpg" but I don't know how to find the image paths in the code...
should I use "edit templates" and just go one-by-one and edit each image path? or is there something in the forum admin that I can locate all the image paths at once?
any/all help is appreciated.
