How to remove "If this is your first visit ..."
 

I would like to remove "If this is your first visit ..."
I know how to modify the text, but I would remove all the yellow box from the home of the forum, you know what code should I look? and in what template?

With vb3.8 I had already made this change and the code to remove was in forumhome but whit VB4 I could not find it.

admincp > Notices> Notices Manager >
Uncheck all boxes "default guest message."
