Thread availability based on time ?

Hi,

I just have a query regarding availability of a mod. Is there some kind of mod that makes threads available for usergroup based on time.

For example, When posted it appears available for a special usergroup first and then becomes available for registered users after X hours or something ?

Hope you can understand my query :) Kindly let me know if some kind of mod is available like that :)
