vb.org Archive - Import smile path problem

I have imported IPB board to existing Vb 4.1 board,everything is fine,Imported smilies ok.
On existing board smilie path is fine,& they are showing.
But on imported posts are showing this instead of the smilies

Quotes are not showing correctly either.
