Adding in another navigation line

I'm running 4.1.1. At the top of the forum in every thread there's the line that shows Forum home > Category > Forum > Thread

I'd like to add that near the bottom of every thread below the Reply to Thread button/above the Quick Reply box.

How would I go about doing this?
