Name Change
Hi all, was just wondering if it were possible to change the Moderator name to Host and lastly if so how would I do this?
Thanks in advance :) |
You may change usernames in the admincp just like any other username. Or are you talking about the *word* moderator? That is a phrase and you may change it in your phrase manager.

Thanks Lynne, however, when I look at the phrase manager the word moderator is as you say there but only as a part of the phrase and not singular! The word "moderator" alone is all I need to change.

Where exactly is this word that you want to change? you can always look up the template and find the name of the phrase in there. It could be a phrase that is having information passed to it.
|
Don't forget you can also change these user titles in AdminCP>Users, or even allow usergroups to change their own titles.
Oddly, most of my staff hates the default "Administrator" and "Moderator". I just let my supermods do it for themselves. Quote:

Thanks for that! I am still getting to know my way around! but with the great support you guys offer I am finding it easier by the minute :)
