hello i have vbulliten Version 4.1.1 can anyone help me how to install mods

Installing mods is very easy. You can do it from Plugins & Products at your Acp. Or are you having difficulties with a particular mod?

i want to install this but still i can not figure out

Most mods consist of simply uploading a .xml file and/or uploading a few files.

In the case of the chatbox you linked to there's some files to upload and a product to install. There should be directions included in that .zip if I remember correctly ;).

ok so i have installed Vsa chatbox 3.1.6
and there is something odd

Ahh make sure you uploaded the files correctly seems some of the small icons are missing per your screenshot. If that's Valters mod or similar should be options in your admincp to change how it displays :D. AdmincP > Settings > Options then look for a new area with a title similar to that of your chat/shoutbox.

As per the rules it would be better if you asked at that mod''s own support thread.

there is no option for changing display settings and when i downlaod that file there was only one file.

Link to the mod please? Borbole is also correct, it's best advised to post that question in the modifications actual thread, the author may answer or another helpful member who also uses that chatbox etc.

Also don't forget before you install a mod to read the entire thread. Many times mods have stopped working altogether or require edits to work right.
