after upgrade 4.1.1 problema in mail to users: duplicate links

Hello everyone,
please, I'm having trouble finding what is wrong. I updated to version 4.0.2 to 4.1.1 which emails members receive, are doubling the area.
Please, any colleague could give me a hand?

Please try to deactivate the "Safe mod" in your host configuration.

You customized that phrase. Go find it in the Phrase Manager and compare the link to the default link and change yours to be the same as the default link.
