RSS Feeds - creating and distributing them

I know I can import RSS feeds (never tried though) but can I create RSS feeds from the forums?

I've got a few people asking for them but didn't see an option for that.

I'm running a modified version of 3.73.

If it wasn't modified I would probably update ;-)
