Settings for Promote Issue from Thread

Hi,
where can i set the Permissions for the Usergroup that can promote Issues from Threads?
Only Admins can do Promote issues from Threads,Mods and Other Usergroups not.
They can Post issues directly in the PT

I Mean the Promote Link in the Postbit.
At the Time, i have disabled the Plugin Postbit: Misc data for postbits

Actually, it using the original permission from the original mod - the user must to have the permission to manage threads and to remove posts.

You are free to post a suggestion to change this in the forum we tracking all these types of issues (see sticky threads) :)
