vb.org Archive - Postlink Anchor Positioning

How do I set the anchor positioning for a postlink? I've customized the header on my postbit so the Post # is now on the 2nd line. The problem is that when you click on a link to that post the top line (where the user's name and date is) isn't visible. Is there a way to change the anchor's location so that when you click on it, it shows up 20px lower than where it normally would?

If it's not possible I guess I'll just have to move the post # to the top line again. Thanks for any responses in advance!
