vb.org Archive - Issues when veiwing profiles

My forum has been progressively upgraded from 3.x and is currently running 4.0.1 PL2.

The issue that has come up recently is when an admin (or super mod) is viewing a users profile the Infractions tab always comes up blank:

Yet if you view the page source there are infractions listed, for example this is a dump of the page the screen shot was taken from, yet they are not being displayed. Anyone have any ideas what is going on??

Note this behaviour happens regardless of the style chosen, including a newly created default style.
