Removing "Title/Thread Starter? block in closed forums
 

Hi everyone:

I have been creating multiples subforums levels, please focalise on ?Africa? f?rum.

Look at ?Marruecos? subfourm, you will see Marruecos subforums and respectives subforums. Please look at the bootom you?ll see a red arrow indicating a block ?Title/Thread Starter?. This block is unuseful, in admin panel "F?rum is Open" is set to ?No? (I do not want people creating new threads there, I just want them writing in each subforum):

In admin panel "Marruecos" forum is set like this:

Act as Forum = YES
Forum is Active = YES
Forum is Open = NO

My question is: how could I remove ?Title/Thread Starter? block as shown in screen shot 2.
