When I activate the sidebar
Its height more than the size forum is how I Tnzymsh

Click to edit the forum block and you will see where they each have a setting for how many posts or threads or articles to list in the block.... assuming your blocks are showing posts/threads/articles. If not, then there isn't anything you can do about it unless you manually remove that last block and then code it directly into the template/page instead.
