Rewrite Specific Link(s) for Affiliation
 
There is a site that is posted often on my site which sells lots of stuff, call it domain.com. They have an affiliate program through shareasale.com. How can I rewrite all instances of domain.com to their shareasale commission?

You can use the VigLink plugin which has over 12,500 merchants in it's system, including most of the ones in Shareasale.
