Emails for new post/thread

I had vbulletin set up to send me an email me anytime anyone made a new post or thread. All of a sudden this has stopped. I'm trying to figure out what's wrong, but I can't figure how I set this up. I'm pretty sure it's in the control panel somewhere. Can anyone help?

In Admin CP -> Forum Manager -> Edit Forum, there is a box you can enter an email address to be notified about new posts... Looks like you have to do it for all forums.
