Issue when updating user group - Invalid SQL

Any suggestions on how to get rid of this database error when I try to change an option in a usergroup? I get this:

Database error in vBulletin 4.0.6:

Invalid SQL:
UPDATE usergroup SET

--------------- Added [DATE]1294156297[/DATE] at [TIME]1294156297[/TIME] ---------------

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'mgc_cb_evo_permissions' in 'field list'

You uninstalled a modification and forgot to remove its *.xml files.

It looks to be part of mgc's chatbox mod

When I run into errors like that and I've removed the mod already, this is what I do.
Upload all the files for that mod, in this case the chatbox.
Then fully uninstall the product and remove all files for that mod.
