this is a much easier way to test your site speed and no one has to install any plugins ;)

once you have them installed you need firebug to use them. Then just click the YSlow icon at the bottom right in the browser.

I found mentions of them in articles so I went & checked them out. I've had pagespeed for a couple of years though lol.

btw brandon you should use the smush tool from the yslow addon.

Update: After a few tweaks, I finally raised my YSlow score to 91.

Page Score is a bit more unforgiving, giving me a score of 81.
