Hello, I want to hide a Category of my forum. Actually the section is Adults section. So I want to make a filter system for this. By defult the category will be hidden. But when users click on the filter button the category will appear to user. I have seen this modification in some forum Some months ago.

So What i need or want to know, A button which will work as a filter system. How to do this Plugin? Please help me.

What you're asking is best done via a built in feature called "Group Memberships"
I have a hidden section on my site too...

In Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Add a New Usergroup
In the options make it a "Public (Joinable) Custom Usergroups"

Then in Forum Permissions set only that usergroup to be able to view/post in that forum.

Members who want to "opt in" can go to their User CP -> Group Memberships and join the group, or leave it if they want, whenever they want.

Thanks BirdOPrey5 for your suggestion. But what i want is not what u said.

I want a adult filter. Which will filter my adult category by default. when the user click on the button the hidden forum will appear. I understand what you said. But i want this ina simple. This is a small thing for a good coder. Any coder here? please help me.

Coder's don't usually make a habit of "re-inventing the wheel" - that is to make something you can do already as I pointed out... but maybe you'll get lucky.
Good Luck. :)
