Mod Award System

There seems to be a lot of user Award systems, but sometimes its hard to motivate moderators. I think a great idea for a mod would be to reward mods for doing actions like closing or moving threads, deleting spam or banning spammers. Think like that. Would motivate the mods to keep the forums clean while earning them rewards :)
