Yet Another Mass Private Message System v1.0.1 by mtha

here are the directions I'm very new to this what folder does this go into,forum folder or what.

INSTALL:

1. Upload all files in UPLOAD folder to your server
2. Import XML product (product-hn_masspm.xml) using vBulletin product import tool.
ACP -> Plugin System -> Manage Products -> Add/Import Product
3. Refresh menu panel to display "Send PM to Users" link in "Users" section.

Questions/Problems regarding modifications/styles need to be asked in the modification/style thread. That is where the support for modification/style is - not out here in the main forums. Please note that if a modification/style is unsupported (or even if it says it is supported), you may be on your own if you chose to install it.

So why coudnt you have moved my thread to the right area then.That would of been the simple thing to do instead of telling me its the wrong forum

Because it's not up to the moderators to move every incorrectly posted thread to one of the thousands of modification threads on the forum. It's up to you to post the question in the proper thread, and up to them to let you know when you don't.

Its that easy to move a thread to the correct forum. It took longer to tell me that its in the wrong forum then it would of to move the thread to the correct forum. click move thread click to the right forum.And thats what mods do is moderate the forum

I didn't say the correct *forum*, I said into the Modification *thread*. It is not up to me to search through the modifications to find the correct thread where you downloaded the modification from. It is up to you to post in the correct modification thread. It has been like this for as long as I have been a member here. You've been here for six years - I think you would know how the site works by now.

How long did it take you to post this thread and argue about why it wasn't moved? ;)

You have the mod, you must have gotten it from the thread that you need to post your question in.

No, actually, that didn't take that long at all. Searching for every thread every time someone posts in the incorrect pace and then moving it takes longer. But then, that's not even the point. You're being asked to abide by a rule you should be familiar with and your being defiant for no practical reason I can think of. How does that get you want you want any faster?
