Legal link in footer

I have searched quite a bit... so I apologize if this has already been covered. I want to include a "legal" or "Terms of Use" link in the footer. I have no idea how to add this link to the footer or how to create a custom page that contains the "Terms of Use" information.

Thoughts, links, ideas?

Open the footer template of your style. At the bottom look for

Code:

<vb:if condition="$vboptions['enablefacebookconnect']">

        {vb:raw facebook_footer}

</vb:if>

</div>

Add your text and/or link above that.
