can't get header etc visible

I have used vbulletin 3.8.x for quite a while and am experimenting with 4.05 and am having problems getting the header etc visible after uploading and installing a new style.

I have uploaded the files into the styles directory as normal, but all I am getting is the change of colours.

Can someone help me please.
