Header and Footer
 
Hey guys,
How can i make my header image and my footer image fit the whole page but the bulletin bored in the middle of all of that?

How can i do that?

That's just basic HTML really.
Install a temporary forum and mess around with the HEADER template and you should get a feel for what's needed.

After glancing at the demo you posted, I'd guess this was done by placing a simple menu and banner style design above the navbar or... where the logo code resides.
