No Increase Post Count For Short Posts

Description:
Choose how many characters a post must have in order to increase the member's post count

Installation:

Import "product-noincrease_shortposts.xml" as a product, overwrite if it's already installed

Where to set option:
Forums & Moderators Manager-> Forum Manager-> Edit Forum-> Minimum Characters Per Post

Isnt there a way to set this globally? My board has over 54 Forums. Imagine how much work this is.

When you install, autmatically set to post min chars value.
So, before install change post min chars value and then install.

Works great in VB 3.8.1. I changed the post min chars post value before importing it and that also worked great. Personally I've set my minimum value to 100 characters.

Easy for you to say... I mean... there's only 7 references to 'postminchars' in the .xml file. I'm not a coder but I'm sure all of those references don't need to be changed.
