How to display vbulletin forum under another page?

Hi Guys,
Can anyone plz tell me how to display vbulletin forum under my forum.php page.

I don't want frames.

Also I tried using

include('forum/index.php')

but it gives error as

forum.php already exists and it displays the forums, so I don't understand what it is you want.
