BBCode - Circle Characters 2.0 (Dif. code works in ALL BROWSERS!)

I know my last circle characters code didn't run over to well seeming that it only worked on Mac's safari and firefox.. But this new code I have should work in ALL browsers on ALL computers...

Worked on FF but not on IE8 though
In IE8 the circle was put under the character now |

I think the problem for IE may be that it interprets line height 0% as nothing so it ignored the code. If someone could. (I'm on my phone right now so I can't) try and use 1% and see if it works. That would be great!! I'll look into it later but I don't have IE haha
