I want vb4.0 thread fonts to look like 3.0

I find the look a little cluttered with less space and smaller font. Does anyone know if anyone has a skin or even instructions on how to make the look a little similar to vb3. I'm not talking everything but mainly the thread title fonts, the username fonts and the spacing.
