Configurable Landing Page
Does anyone know of a mod that can do this or have any idea where to hack the system to make this happen?
I would like to add a user profile field that stores the default landing page they go to after they login. The idea is that a regular user may want to be taken to the forums directly or to the articles home page or the news section of the board or even their favorate sub-forum. Should be easy enough to make a profile field to store an option from a <select> that then points to a page the the login script jumps to if there is no redirect selected. So, after auto-login when I visit my page, it'll take me to my specified home page for the site. Thoughts? James CMS 4.1.x please |
