Duplicate announcement on front page.
 
The announcement notifying vB.org users of the acquisition of IB was posted twice. You should probably remove one of the announcements.

The IB Staff should strive to maintain Jelsoft's past professionalism. The careless wording of recent announcements and fumbles such as this make the staff changes obvious.
