Craigslist style mod using vbulletin

Hello,

I am trying to create a craigslist style website for my locality. I have searched but it seems most of the "craiglist mods" are out of date or no longer supported.

1. Is it possible to use vbulletin to create categories like in craigslist. This is using the new CMS publisher.

2. Searching by location of items being sold.

3. Emailing piping (temporary anonymous email that redirect to the user's real email acct)

If there are any current mods or sample sites, please let me know.

Let me know what you find. I'd like to implement a classifieds to a site and cover all 50 states.
