Newest Posts Display on Homepage

I'm trying to get all my recent posts to display on the homepage like this

Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

You'll have to write your own page (index.php) - [HOW TO - vB4] Create your own vBulletin page - and in it, write a query for the latest X threads/posts and then just spit out the results in your template.
