Some of the BBc code do not work.

Hello there,

All the default bbc code works well in 4.1.0, but Some which are not included are not working any more. for example

[FLV]http://www.site.com/vi400.flv[/FLV]
does not work

[flash]http://www.site.com/vi400.flv[/flash]

does not work.

and many more.

Any idea?
