It's a small product give you the previliges to allow certain people to use the Poll Voting, (who got a certain number of posts in your forum)

Installation:

1. Import "product-poll_posts.xml" as a product, overwrite if it's already installed

Where to set option:
Settings-> Options-> Poll and Thread Rating Options-> Certain posts to vote
Settings-> Options-> Poll and Thread Rating Options-> Number of posts
