Theme/skin usage statistics?
 
Is there any addon which allow the administrators to see the usage of every theme? (the number of users who use every theme)

That maybe something you have to hire someone to make for you. I do not believe there is a hack like that here on the site.

PSI Stats has style usage stats amongst others.

It does not show specific users (what style they use) but does show how many use each style installed (I believe it starts the stats from when it's installed)...hope that helps :)
