Need to add one more video provider, bbcode_video? bbcode_video_vbulletin.xml?

I am trying to add the code for an additional source to bbcode_video templates as well as incudes/xml/bbcode_video_vbulletin.xml file

no luck so far.

Where is the right file for this? Currently using 4.0.8

PS. This is for the video button in the editor only, not about "adding a custom bbcode"
