Ordered Lists not showing in Custom Template

I am trying to make a custom template for my forum rules and guidelines. Unfortunately, it seems to be ignoring Ordered Lists. It does break the line, but does not show indentation, numbers, etc.

Any thoughts?

Put a div around the text with the class="restore" and see if that fixes the issue.
