i need Modification for stop users to make multi ids r catch them when they login from new ids

This mod works well: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=183268
It is reported working on 3.x AND 4.0.x.

It won't stop them but it will let you know if multiple logins are detected by the same computer.
