Partner to share the server cost

Hello to all,

I'm looking for someone interested to share the costs of the server. It is dedicated server, Intel Xeon L3426 4-Core + HT, 1000 GB S-ATAII, 4 GB DDRIII, 5000 GB transfer, hosted at netdirekt datacenter in Germany. Currently, only my site www.zazdravje.com.mk is hosted on that server .

The server is fully managed and has Cpanel. Backup of the databases is done on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and stored on remote location.

Nothing but problems at netdirect, they like to shut down servers for every little thing without letting the host know. Then they take forever to turn the server back on. Beware of netdirect DC.

Strange, I had only one hour downtime from them that was previously announced.

why server based instead of VPS in the cloud? Just curious because I'm going to move off my hardware which is much more expensive due to colo costs versus just having a VPS.

I wanted VPS also, but at that time VPS was not listed as option from the host. Now it is listed and if I don't find anyone interested, I'll transfer to VPS. A lot of time has been spent optimizing the server for vbulletin, so I think that it is a good idea for having someone to share the server.
