Unable to Disable IE8 Compatibility Mode because of Toplinks. Why ?

Dear members,

Please answer and help me resolve following queries by looking at http://arzepakistan.com

1. If vbulletin is not compatible with all browsers, can you tell me which browsers are compatible with vbulletin forum, so I can inform all my members.

2. I have moved toplinks from header to below navbar. However When i try to Disable IE8 Compatibility Mode, then toplinks shows up in header, thus disrupting my header settings. Why it is happening and how to resolve it?

3. How to center toplinks?

4. How to increase login box size.

in IE8 the login shows under the header, in FireFox it shows up ontop of the banner...

Let me know if you figure this out. I'd like mine to appear on the header at all times.
