Facebook page or application?
 
So, I want to have a facebook page-application for my site.

Currently I use Facebook application for Facebook connect and likes.
I've seen people use page for their site.

Which one should I use, and which one do you use? a site is not a application?

You'll need an application for the fb connect, but I would suggest making a page for your site as well.
