How To turn off IP address in the post

I'm wanting to turn off the little icon in the user profiles when they post to the mods. Trying to figure out how to do this?

Edit the template and put a condition around it.

Do you mean in posts or on the profile page? Not sure where you mean but there is the postbit_ip template you could edit.
