Dear members,
Can anyone help in moving the login bar and related links to below navbar tab and in center with big log in box like in the following image.

Not sure anyone would rewrite the templates for you, but you might consider looking at some of the freebie skins, finding one with a header you like, and then view the templates to see how it is done. There are a number of vB4 styles here that might help.
